SHIPPING

We are currently shipping all over India. Further, we are working on enabling international shipping soon. We understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time; hence our team works round the clock to try and get your products across to you in the shortest timeframe possible.

Shipping Fee: We offer free shipping of products for orders above Rs. 499/- in one single transaction. For any order below Rs. 499/-, we levy a shipping charge of Rs. 75/- per order.

Shipping Duration: The shipping details for each individual product is mentioned on the product detail page. Depending on the products in your cart, your shipment may be split into two packages and shipping dates may vary. For the final shipping date of your order, please refer to the shipping details section on your cart page.

All our products are shipped out between 1 - 10 working days depending on the products. There may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, we will ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe.

If you want to know whether your area is serviceable or not, you can call us on *toll free number* (between 10:30 am - 7:00 pm, Monday - Saturday) or email us at salessupport@saiapl.com and provide your PIN code. We will inform you within 24 working hours from receipt of your request.

RETURN  


We follow a 'no questions asked' return or exchange policy provided the following are fulfilled:

I. image of the product/s is/are shared by you if asked by us;

II. you must raise a request by emailing us on salessupport@saiapl.com within a maximum period of 48 hours of receipt of your order;

III. product packaging, labels and tags are intact and are not tampered with;

IV. product must be in perfect condition;

V. request for product to be exchanged will be processed only once the earlier product shipped has been received by us and has been checked for quality and damages, if any;

VI. refunds will be processed only for damaged or defective products in the form of store credit. Please note that the shipping charge of Rs. 75/-, if levied, will not be refunded;

VII. for prepaid orders, in case of order cancellations or orders that go to abandoned cart, refund will be processed back to you via our payment gateway. Timeline for such refund will be about 5-7 working days;

VIII. once you have requested for a return/exchange, such product will be collected by us within 7 working days;

IX. if you choose to self-ship the products to us at any of our authorized locations, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised and packed securely to prevent any damage during transit, the loss or damage thereto, if any, shall be to your sole account.

CANCELLATION  
 
The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed back to the same payment account used during the transaction via the payment gateway, in case of order cancellations or failed transactions with debited amounts. Timeline for same would be 5-7 working days.
